Sharp painfull pains down there, seems to be in or on cervix?

I'm 32 weeks 3 days now and about the last 3 weeks I've been having sharp pains down there, seems like its in my cervix. With my first I new when I was having braxton hicks because it felt like well a contractions. This doesn't feel like a menstral cramp and doesn't last long but I can't figure out what it is. I see my dr next week so ill ask then but does this sound like bh or maybe the baby kicking down there?
