Loose 2-3 kgs till september 12th help please.?

you need to google a low GI diet or even a high protein diet, you really need to do some more exercise, something that will get your heart rate going. Jogging and walking is great together, do it in bursts of jogging then walking this is the best way to exercise it has been proven that if you walk for say 2 mins then jog for 1 min it is much more beneficial, if you are anything like me it you find it hard to jog constantly so it works for me! get rid of the cookies and fruit juices, only eat carbs at breakfast or lunch never at dinner, cut your meal portions and eat 5 times per day.
