How long do you think it takes for time to catch up with time of course more dimensions would apply?

What I think is that time is changing as we are in a paradox where the final outcome would be good and i've even heard testimony that is convincing enough to prouve this despite the fact that heaven was temporarilly destroyed, but it takes time for each change to take place. What would be your theory.
