What does it mean when your girlfriend starts getting really feely?

Well today she has been snuggling with me a lot more. And she constantly feeling my arms in cl. And also I had my jacket and in science we were holding hands when my hand was in my jacket pocket right above my well you know. And she grabbed my hand because it was there. She wasn't looking she just reached. So I think she was trying to grab it. Anyways what does this all mean?
