I was just offered a new snowboard. It says "PL" on it...what brand is this, and how quality is it?

PL stands for Private Label it is a company that went under not sure of the whole history of them if they got bought out or just went under. The were more of a low end board company something beginners bought or people not to active in riding the quality is similar to 5150 products. If it is free or less than 40 bucks it might be worth having to learn on but expect to need an upgrade by next season.
