I have allergies could it be something else though?

from everyone ive talked to that has allergies they all say theirs is bad to. for the past week i have been coughing really bad to the point where it hurts to breathe sometimes and it feels like my throats burning. its nonstop where its like 6 or 7 coughs in a row even if im in the middle of talking (mostly at night and in the morning). the doctors put me on allerex (which im almost done with), we also are trying out an air purifier to see how that works. but it got to the point where even my back hurts i showed my mom where and she said it was kidney but i could have pulled a muscle in my back from coughing so much. the other morning i woke up to a bloody nose. (only happened once) and tonight i was watching a movie with my cousin had my hand on my chest resting on it which helped stop coughing a little but half of my hand and my arm started feeling tingly like as if i was leaning on it but i wasnt. i dont get it...could it be just allergies? or bronchitis or something like that? any advice? i plan on going to the doctor but they are closed tomorrow so i have to wait to make an appointment. any advice? thanks!
