That one disney channel movie...what's the name?

Does anyone remember that one disney channel movie where the girl is struggling through life with her twin mentally reatarded brother, played by Shia LaBeouf, and the title started with "Tru", because thats the sisters name. I think it was "Tru Emotions". am I correct? And if so, where can I see this again?
