P&O Cruises - how easy is it to change a booking? Originally I booked a room for my daughter and myself - now

I would like to share with my Auntie. (Family in seperate rooms.) The room is fully paid and my daughter is only 2 so can easily bunk in with me - is this straightforward or problematic to do? Thanks
