What are the chances of me getting in to UCSD?

Ok so I am now a Junior an getting into a good college and what I need to do to get into it has been the only thing on my mind. My dream school is UCSD but I am not sure if my grades right now would allow me to get into UCSD. Freshman year was kind of an average year. I had a 3.3 first semester then I got a 2.2 second semester with 4 C's and 2 B's. Sopre year kinda d me. We switched to trimester schedule so everything was really fast. I got a 2.2 with 3 B,s and 2 D's. One of the D's was in geometry because I switched into it late but I retook it 3rd tri and got an A. 2nd tri I got a 3.2 with 2 A's 2 B's and 1 D. That D was in geometry 2 and I am retaking that Junior year along with the other D that I had in 1st tri which was in APEC but I am only retaking that one tri because i got a B and then an A 2nd and 3rd tri. Then 3rd tri i got a perfect 4.0 which made me really happy. I am an intense swimmer and water polo player. I am also a hip hop dancer and breakdancer at my studio here in California and I am about to start on making a dance resume. I recently had my first gig just recently so I was really happy. Junior year I am gonna be more ociated with the school: Join more clubs, do better in my grades, and play more sports. One of my goals is to make a Hip Hop dance group because my school is brand new, opened in 2009. I also work as a volunteer at a library and I am gonna keep working to college. However, I still fear the fact that maybe the colleges won't like my grades or think that I didn't do enough sports or not enough community service hours. I have been paranoid for a looooooooooong time abut colleges so can anyone please share their opinions if I have any chance? and if it helps another one my college choices is SDSU.
