I need a job.. like NOW and I have experience in the medical field how do I make myself more...marketable?

I'm a 24 year old mom of 4 and I need a job now. I have to have a job that I can break even on. But I can't even find a cashier job!! No one will hire me because I've been out of work for almost three years. Not just because, I've been pregnant. I have 6 month old twins and a two year old. So what ever job I can get I absolutely need to make enough so I can afford daycare.I haven't volunteered for anything b/c I've really had my hands full with the babies.Like I said before I do have experience in the medical field, I'm just not certified anymore. I have certified nurses istant training and I'm trained as a pharmacy technician.I also have some experience with customer service an retail.I currently reside near the capitol or north carolina.So any recommendations or advice would really help my situation. Please only constructive comments.
