Can anyone help me understand my examination results?

I have had pain in my leg and recently went to the dr. to have it looked at and take xrays and other things of that sort. I got my results back and they are confusing, can someone explain what the terms he used means? What is subarticular sclerosis, cystic changes and small marginal osteophytes, and osteopenia. Thank you
