Need some advice on what would be the best diet plan for me?

Try the South Beach. It's yummy and has a lot of veggies. There is a recipe in there for "surprise mashed potatoes" which is made from cauliflower, fat-free er, and fat-free half&half. It's whipped together and with a little salt and pepper, it does taste very similar to mashed potatoes. The SoBe diet gets rid of stomach fat first. You need to follow it, and you will see results in the first week. Hope this helped.
