Lost job, medical problem, no unemployment, no disability...what to do?

I had a very serious medical situation in my brain last year. I had a job, but no benefits, but it was a temp job and it ended while I was in the hospital. So I don't qualify for unemployment. I was declared disabled for a few months, so collected a mere $50/week for that. But now I'm not officially "disabled" any more, but am having a hard time finding a new job due to the economy and this bran problem has left me less than sharp in the memory and smarts area. I worked in computers, design and office administration before. I'm easily distracted, my verbal communication skills are not as good as they used to be and I'm clumsy and get migraines a lot. I'm living off of savings and I have a huge 6 figure medical bill to pay, I don't know what to do any more. No family around to live with either. Scared that I'll fail an interview, IF I ever get one.... What can I do???? Any suggestions? I'm lost...
