Where can I buy permanent green highlights?

Heyy. I'm an asian girl & I would like to have like green highlights just like in the front of my bangs. I know it's a bit different to have green highlights for an asian but i think it's cool. plus it makes me stand out. :] so iwant permanent ones not the temp. ones you can buy at walgreens. so i'm wondering where u can buy it. thanks. :]
