What is a quick homemade gift for a teenage girl?

My teenage friend's birthday is tomorrow, and I would like to make her something. I have approximately 7 hours of work time. I can sew, crochet and knit. She enjoys swimming. I was thinking about making a sachet with a wave pattern on it. Anyone have an idea?
