What do you think of fohawks?

I currently have a fohawk (ignore the fact that my avatar doesn't). I was thinking of switching back to a partially long hairstyle (kinda like Zac Efron's). So should I keep my fohawk or let my hair grow? What hairstyle is more popular to have when you go into high school? I just want your opinion.
