Please help! I keep getting sick...?

Since I have been in college (August) I have been sick at least 5 times. I went to the health center a couple days ago with a fever of 101 degrees and they told me that I have the flu and bronchitis...I also had a staph infection in my throat earlier this year. The doctors put me on an antibiotic called ceftin and I was feeling much better until today, when suddenly i got a severe pain in my neck and upper back. I also feel dizzy and nauseous, I think I may have a build up of fluid in my ears...What is this? please help!
