Only 4 weeks pregnant... worried about cramps?

I just got my bfp on Wednesday but I keep having cramps and a shooting like pain on the left side of my uterus... seriously freaking out. I know some cramping is normal, but wth! I've had 2 previous miscarriages so naturally I'm a nervous wreck. Anyone else experience this and gone on to have a perfectly fine pregnancy?
