I'm 16, 5'6, and abt 120lbs, I work out 4 times a week for 30 minutes, I'm trying to get really toned, but I don't want to be like muscular... I eat abt 1,100 calories a day, and take a dietary supplement I got frm GNC ( my doc told me to cuz I used to be anemic), Im suppost to take 2 a day, but I only take it once every few days... am i eating enough??
