Are there any muslim evolutionists?:?

I am with you although I am not an atheist. I have no religious beliefs but I do believe in a divine power (a God if you will) who has made this universe. I am a firm advocate of science and I have learned that science and the belief in God can exist side by side. I do not believe that Muslims believe in evolution. Theirs is a very strict religion and evolution has no place in it. However, they do believe in heaven and if a warrior dies in battle fighting for Jihad then he immediately goes to heaven (no stops) where 72 young virgins are awaiting him. If a woman dies fighting for Jihad then she goes to heaven where she finds herself in a beautiful lush garden where it is cool and full of delicious fruit. I prefer the lush garden because at my age the 72 virgins would not do me too much good.
